DeMarcus Ware is selling his Dallas area home; comes with a putting green in the backyard
When you have $40-million-dollars in a guaranteed contract, you can afford to jump homes for a few years. Dallas Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Ware is getting rid of his mansion in Colleyville, Texas for a mere $2.198 million dollars. The 9300-square-foot home features the typical amenities of an estate this size—six bedrooms, nine baths, walk-in closets, a pool, a spa, etc. But what really sets this house apart from the rest (outside of the Cowboys-themed bedroom pictured below) is the lush putting green in the backyard. Apparently, Ware fancies himself a husky version of Tiger Woods.
For everybody’s sake, let’s hope the buyer is a Cowboys fan. Otherwise, that room is getting a serious paint job. On a side note, given the way the Cowboys have been playing lately, Ware will have a lot more time to work out the kinks of his golf game on the putting green. He can even call head coach Jason Garrett for some advice on how to perform in pressure situations.
Cue Ware quietly standing over putt with Garrett running towards him screaming his alignment is off
