detroitlionsmask Detroit paper tells fans to watch the game illegally

Its blackout central here in Detroit for Sunday’s game. The Lions inability to do anything of note the last decade has turned away the fans. So much so that they may not sell out another game this entire season (except for Thanksgiving, although, that’s even debatable).

That leaves people in a predicament. They are either forced to listen to the game on the radio, travel 80 miles out of the black out zone, or watch the game illegally.

By illegally, I mean watching the game via Sopcast or a stream like Justin.tv.

And while it might be ok for me to mention it here, I would certainly never advocate our readers to skirt the law.

The Detroit Free press on the other hand, apparently, they don’t care

You should know the drill by now if you want to see the game, considering this is the Lions’ seventh blackout in their past 10 home games…..

Check out www.justin.tv on the Internet. If it doesn’t have the game, fans in its chat room might have links to it.

Wow, I’d guess this one just slipped by the editors. What’s next? Telling us where the prostitutes are at? Actually, not a good idea. I’ve seen some of the talent here in Detroit. You wouldn’t be impressed….In fact, you might be scared.

What'd you think of this?
