Former Atlanta Hawks dancer now doing porn as “Brandy Blair”

Changing your name is usually an indicator of one of three things
1) You’re hiding from the government because you don’t want to pay taxes
2) You’re in witness protection
3) You have a new career in the adult film industry
For Briana, or Brandy Blair as she now likes to be called, it’s option 3.
When her contract ended 4 months ago as an Atlanta Hawks dancer, she found her calling as a porn star.
“I’ve always been pretty open minded,” said Blair, “even though I had always been reserved sexually, I thought I’d give it a try. I had never even posed nude before and all of the sudden I saw this whole other side of myself that I had never seen. It has been a very liberating experience”.
She said that her extensive dance training has helped her immensely in the Porn Industry. She is very aware of her body, her movements and her camera angles…..
She had no expectations when she began acting, but now she sees that she is very good at what she does.
Just to clear a few things up here for people who aren’t as well-schooled in the lingo of the adult film industry…
“Extensive dance training has helped her immensely in the porn industry” = That chick is flexible and can perform positions other girls can only dream of.
And if by acting, she means saying 3 lines and taking off her clothes, well then look for “Brandy” to be picking up an Oscar in 2010.
