Former UFC ring girl Edith Labelle made an important instructional video. You should watch it because you’ll learn something about MMA and more importantly, Kimura transitions. Ok, who am I kidding, here’s a video of scantily clad women sensually wrestling.

There’s another video in this series—a Kimura to crucifix, whatever that means. I don’t know much about this Edith Labelle character but I’ll be sure to keep her on the radar for Guyism readers.
