Fox NFL analyst Terry Bradshaw unloading 5000-square-foot Florida home

Often times we hear stories of retired athletes struggling to get by financially. Whether it be from bad investments, poor management, or just support of family and friends, it’s not a rare occurrence to hear of players filing for bankruptcy (Antoine Walker, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Tommy Hearns just to name a few).
Luckily, some of these players get jobs as analysts, despite being terribly unqualified. One of those people is Terry Bradshaw, who, at times, makes you wonder about the long-term severity of repeated shots to the head.
Concussions aside, Bradshaw has done well for himself and probably has enough money to retire a happy man. The four-time Super Bowl winning quarterback is selling his 5000-square-foot Bradenton, Florida home for $1.4 million dollars.
The home features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a pool, a spa, chef’s kitchen, guest villa and sits on a Jack Nicklaus golf course. According to the listing, the custom home has NEVER been lived in. So yea, apparently, Bradshaw was using this as an investment. Not exactly the best time to flip a house (if that’s the case), especially in Florida, but whatever. Not the first or last rich person to make a poor real estate decision.
