Dad bites cops Game winning touchdown in youth football game leads to irate dad biting two cops

We’re only eight months into the year but we have a leading candidate for the “Dad of the Year” award. An Indianapolis area man was arrested on Saturday after biting two cops. Dejaun Wells, 27, was upset about a call that led to a game-winning touchdown for his son’s opponent, the Boilermakers. That led to him throwing chairs, swearing at the refs, and yes, biting two police officers.

“He was angry enough -to the point- where it was imminent he was going to do something to hurt someone,” said Officer Tyneka Poland.

“Next thing I know, everyone’s running to [the] field,” said Liford. “He’s attacking the officers.” She said Wells attacked other people at the game too.

Then, the unidentified officer said Wells bit one officer first and that he did not let go until the officer punched him in the jaw.

“I had no choice really, but to help get control of him that’s when he bit me also,” said Officer Poland. She said he would not let go.

You know, if they extended the youth football season to 10 games, we wouldn’t have this kind of violence. Right Jed York?

As for the venerable Dejuan Wells, he’s being brought up on a multitude of charges including the very unsanitary, “battery by body waste”. I’m sure that’s an elite club of felonious individuals who gain membership by spraying breast milk and peeing on others.
