Seattle Mariners outfielder Greg Halman allegedly stabbed to death by brother

Breaking news out of the Netherlands this morning as Seattle Mariners outfielder Greg Halman was found stabbed to death, apparently, by his brother. Medics were called to the scene and attempted to resuscitate Halman but were unsuccessful.
His 22-year old sibling is in police custody and being questioned.
Halman was called up to the Mariners two years ago after spending spending a majority of his career in the minor leagues. He has appeared in 44 games with a .230 batting average.
