Apparently, March Madness excitement isn’t exclusive to college basketball. In a regional finals game last week in Oklahoma, Western Heights high school hit a 40 footer at the buzzer to move on in the playoffs.
And as exciting as that is, it pales in comparison to this little nugget of information. It was their sixth buzzer beater of the season.
The crowd reaction is a bit tamer than you would have thought. I’m guessing after the 4th game winner, they got tired of rushing the court.
