Let this story serve as a lesson to those of you wanting to post racy photos on the internet—DON’T. A high school football coach in Maine was forced to resign after a parent found nude pictures of him on Facebook. The man, Paul Withee, had served as the school’s coach for less than a year.

We’re unsure of the man’s intentions but given the proximity to Valentine’s Day, it’s a good bet ol’ Withee was trying to sex up the ladies on the special day.

“I’m embarrassed, I’m ashamed, I’m humiliated,” Withee said Monday. He said the picture was on the social media page for no more than a half-hour when he discovered what had happened and tried to correct it.
“I’ve never done anything like this before and I never will again,” he said.

“You have to be careful with what you do with social media. You can get yourself into a lot of trouble and something you love can be taken away from you just like this,” he said.

And that, my friends, is why people over the age of 40 should stay far away from Facebook. A lesson taught to us last week by an “angry dad” who posted a video of himself shooting his daughter’s laptop after discovering an adolescent rant on her timeline. That dad was subsequently visited by the Department of Protective Services.

So, yea, stop it now. Get back to working, parenting, and watching re-runs of Mash.
