IS THE NFL MOVE TO LONDON A BAD IDEA?

This is what Goodell had to say on the Dan Patrick Show yesterday
“It’s realistic to me that we would play multiple games in London, regular-season games, maybe as early as next year,” Goodell said. “And if that continues to have the same kind of reaction, a team playing in London on a regular basis is a real possibility.”
Outside of the travel nightmare of London games, let alone teams who may or may not be traveling from the East Coast, what are the positive and negatives.
I see this only as a bad thing for the NFL. While there seems to be interest in “american football” in England, the interest is mild at best. Sure, you can fill a stadium once a year because its a novelty.
But 8 times a year? Can you sell this sport in soccer’s hot bed?
What do you think?
