JaMarcus Russell is having money issues

On September 12th, 2007, the Oakland Raiders signed #1 pick JaMarcus Russell to a six-year, $68 million dollar contract. It was one of the biggest in NFL history at the time and even if Russell turned out to be a huge bum, he’d still have $31.5 million guaranteed.JaMarcus Russell 214x214 JaMarcus Russell is having money issues

Well, guess what, JaMarcus sucked donkey balls and by the spring of 2009, he was already out of football. But don’t worry, he had all that money to fall back on while he literally sat on his ass the rest of his life.

Except now, TMZ is reporting that Russell’s $2.4 million dollar house is in foreclosure and to top it off, he owes $195,512.05 in mortgage payments. Get that man a financial advisor for God’s sake, or at the very least, somebody with a functioning brain.

Now, if the unemployed QB doesn’t cough up the cash in the next 3 months, the bank will put the home on the auction block.

There’s not much to say here that hasn’t already been said about FatMarcus. He’s easily the biggest bust in NFL history and now, I think it’s safe to say he’s thrown away most of that $31.5 million dollars. Who knew that the “purple drank” was so expensive.
