Jason Whitlock and Rick Carlisle share an awkward moment at press conference

After spending a majority of the Bulls-Heat series ripping on Chicago coach Tom Thibodeau, Fox Sports writer Jason Whitlock has taken a much lighter approach with coaches during the NBA finals. Last night, after Game 4, Whitlock asked Mavs coach Rick Carlisle to comment, in not so many words, on his brilliant coaching strategy.

No really, it was as awkward as it sounds.

“But yes or no, you did coach a hell of a game?” That question was about as awesome and unnecessary as the “were you fully erect” one at the Anthony Weiner press conference the other day.
