Unfortunately, it wasn’t all fun and games in the NFL on Sunday. Saints coach Sean Payton suffered a broken tibia and torn MCL during this sideline collision.
Celebration gone awry for Tampa Bay coach
Tampa Bay Bucs secondary coach Jimmy Lake did his best Bill Gramatica impression by tearing his patellar tendon while celebrating an interception. Unfortunately, there’s no video of the incident so you’ll just have to do with the Gramatica replay.
What’s your deal, coach?
And of course, here’s the now infamous dust-up between Jim Schwartz and Jim Harbaugh that we posted yesterday. Had Vernon Davis not run some severe interference, I have no doubt Schwartz would have dropped a haymaker to the smirking Harbaugh.
