John Elway may not support Tim Tebow, but these girls in bikinis do
A. Isaac Today, the Denver Broncos waived backup quarterback Kyle Orton. Presumably because John Elway had a ‘foot in the mouth’ moment earlier this week on a morning radio show.
When asked directly by host Gary Miller if Elway is, “Any closer to feeling if you have your quarterback on this team,” Elway paused, and answered, “No.”
“I think obviously he’s making progress week in and week out. When you look at our third down numbers, those have to improve. I mean, that’s the bottom line,” Elway said. “We can’t go 3-for-13 and win a world championship. Those are the type of things we have to keep improving.”
That’s not exactly a resounding endorsement for the guy whose been the catalyst for four of the five Broncos wins this year. So you have to guess that this Orton move was made to appease the Tebow masses, which seem to be growing by the thousands with each passing week.
