Kristin Cavallari accused Jay Cutler of faking injury

The Kristin Cavallari, Jay Cutler break-up just got a hell of a lot more intriguing with news that she accused him of faking an injury in last year’s playoffs. According to Hollywoodlife.com, a neighbor overheard the two arguing several times, and even once heard the reality star call him out for the MCL injury.

In January, they got into a big blow-out argument after Jay injured his knees during the NFL playoffs. He was diagnosed with a MCL sprain. “Kristin called Jay out, saying she thought he was faking the injury and told him he was worthless.”

Our source says everyone agreed it was only a “matter of time” before they split. “Their breakup was no surprise at all to anyone who lived in the building. We thought they would end things before they got married, and if they did go through with the wedding we were convinced they’d divorce. They fought all the time, and to be honest, I blame Jay. He was awful.”

As a devout Detroit sports fan, I’m obligated by fan code to laugh at the expense of any Chicago professional athlete.  But in fairness to Cutler, the man had a torn knee ligament.

He may very well be a lot of things—bad quarterback and perhaps even a bad fiance if you believe all the stories. But a faker of injuries, he is not.

Now excuse me as I feel the need to shower after defending those dirty Bears.
