With the running of the 138th Kentucky Derby in the books it is now time for us to reflect upon the true blessings of Derby Day, the women. Every year women dawn their finest dresses and most boisterous hats, and flock to Churchill Downs by the thousands. The resulting effect being a day of drinking madness and cultural exuberance all culminating in the most exciting two minutes in sports.
