Lindsey Vonn extends her fifteen minutes of fame
A. Isaac You have to really hand it to Lindsey Vonn. She’s parlayed her Olympic performance in a sport that people barely care about, into a pseudo entertainment career.
Usually, the “Olympic effect” wears off after three or four months. Just ask Apollo Anton Ohno or any of those gymnasts that try pushing out commercials months after the games are done.
But Vonn, give her a round of applause folks. She had a cameo on Law & Order, threw out first pitches at several baseball games this past summer, and now she’s gracing ESPN the Mag with the risque Basic Instinct pose. No, this is not a porn site, so viewer discretion is not advised.
She also recently appeared in those “Got Milk” ads. I’ll keep my opinion to myself about the sexual innuendo involved in these pictures. But the words “protein blast” when somebody has a milk mustache? Yea, nevermind.
