Lorenzen Wright found dead in Memphis

Former NBA player Lorenzen Wright has been missing since July 17th and now it appears the case has come to a tragic end. Multiple sources are now reporting that Wright’s body was found in Memphis.

Via SB Nation:

At first, police refused to identify the body as Wright’s, although according to MyEyeWitnessNews.com that is indeed the case. The body reportedly suffered a gunshot wound. Early speculation was that the wound may have been self-inflicted.

No details on whether foul play was involved or if it was indeed a suicide. A 911 call was made on his phone more than a week ago but a police investigation has revealed nothing thus far.

Wright played 13 years in the NBA and 2 with the University of Memphis.
