Luger Nodar Kumaritashvili crashes on fast course, dies
A. Isaac Sad news out of the Olympics today which hasn’t even seen the Opening Ceremony yet. Luger Nodar Kumaritashvili, 21, of Georgia died in a crash during a practice run.
I won’t post photos that are floating out there but if you’re so inclined, Huffingtopost has put a handful up.
They aren’t for the faint of heart so be forewarned.
The Georgian Olympic delegation is considering pulling their entire team out as a result.
Here is video. Obviously it isn’t as gruesome as the still photos but nonetheless, it is a video of a man dying.
