Mark Cuban’s attorneys attach championship photo in Ross Perot Jr. lawsuit
Mark Cuban spent most of the playoffs in a virtual internet hibernation. He didn’t blog, he rarely tweeted, and he didn’t give interviews. Perhaps Cuban did it to not jinx the team, or perhaps, he just wanted to wait for the time where he could rub it in to all the naysayers. Well, that moment came sometime this morning when Cuban’s legal team pulled the ultimate F-U move in the Ross Perot Jr. lawsuit. Just a little background, Perot Jr. owns 5% of the Dallas Mavericks and in 2010, filed a legal claim that Cuban was essentially running the team into the ground. The words “reckless and careless” were thrown around nonchalantly. Yada, yada, yada….here’s what Cuban’s lawyers submitted in a motion to dismiss today.

There’s a little more to it than that but for all intents and purposes, that’s Cuban’s version of a legal middle finger. So yea, awesome.
