My super awesome preview of tonight’s Carano-Cyborg fight

I was supposed to have some professionally written preview for tonight’s Gina Carano – Cris ‘Cybog’ Santos title fight for Strikeforce, but the person who was supposed to write it never came through so here’s my super awesome version of a preview because I am cool like that.

Let’s start out with an interview Gina did recently discussing Cyborg and her game plan, the “Beauty & the Beast” comparisons, dropping the weight, the alleged sex tape, and this being the first title fight in women’s MMA history…

Cage Potato came across video of Gina Carano’s very first MMA fight in which she dropped a beatdown on some poor chick named Leiticia Pestova in under a minute, which is what I expect out of Gina tonight or else, despite Gina’s protests, women’s MMA can pretty much shut it’s doors because ain’t one guy out there paying a dime to watch Cristiane ‘Cyborg’ Santos carry an event.

As of this morning Carano was a +125 ‘dog on Sports-1.com, but I think Gina knows she is going to have to win if women’s MMA is to take another step and I predict that that knowledge will propel her to the victory tonight. Plus I couldn’t possibly bear it if she lost.
