Get it you guys, it was a joke. Like, the Jets haven’t seen the end zone in so long and had no idea it was a goal line. Knee-slapping stuff right there.

Not only is it terribly unfunny but it’s also unoriginal. The joke has been around in the SAME EXACT FORM since 2005 with the only change being the team name. Having lived through the Millen years in Detroit, I can tell you that I’ve seen it on numerous occasions in email chains, message boards and in local papers.

So bravo New York Post, you’re like the Carlos Mencia of print media. Congratulations!
