RIP HAMILTON SUES FORMER MANAGER JOSH NOCHIMSON FOR 1 MILLION DOLLARS

As if Josh Nochimson’s life can’t get any worse, he’s now being sued by a former client of his, Rip Hamilton.

If you recall, Josh is at the center of the UCONN recruiting fiasco.

I guess this guy just loves controversy….

It also accuses Nochimson of using 1.4 million of Hamilton’s American Express frequent flyer miles; failing to pay back $80,000 lent to Nochimson to repair a Maryland house; improperly transferring at least $3,000 from Hamilton’s bank accounts into Nochimson’s private account, and writing about $112,000 in unauthorized checks from Hamilton’s bank account.

As much as I love Rip, how the hell did he just allow some dude to write checks for him and transfer money into his own personal accounts.

I mean, I realize that NBA players are “busy” but living in the same area as Rip, I often see him rolling around town with his boys doing nothing.

I think he can spare a minute or two to write a check for his mortgage.
