The Knicks have hit a lot of low points the last couple of years.

The 23 win season, the ridiculous salaries, the sexual harassment debacle, and more recently the Marbury situation.

But none of those compare to what happened last night.

If you didnt catch it, the Knicks lost 104-59 to their division rival, the Boston Celtics. And while the Celtics are obviously a better team, the Knicks gave up right around pre-game warmups. Sure, much of the blame will go to coach Isiah Thomas and deservedly so. He should have been ousted weeks ago.

But this game falls on the players. This ones on their shoulders for not competing. In fact, David Stern should step in and take away every single one of those players game checks and give it to charity.

At no point was this game competitive. An 11 point lead after one quarter turned into 23 at halftime. They only managed 10 points in the third quarter and it took a miracle three by Nate Robinson to avoid their lowest point total ever.

Truly an embarrassment to anyone who has ever played NBA basketball before. In fact, its an embarrassment to anyone who has played basketball at any level, including me.

Yea, its true, I havent played in awhile but I once scored 19 points in a game when I was 7 years old. That’s more points than the Knicks scored in any quarter last night.

Hek, maybe Zeke can give me a tryout. I cant do worse can I?
