This Scotty Lago picture made its way around the internet over the weekend. Lago, who won a bronze medal in Snowboard halfpipe excused himself from the games after the photo was featured on TMZ.

Apparently, the USOC is not a fan of pseudo risque pictures.

He agreed to leave the Olympic Village on his own accord, but sources close to Lago tell TMZ he received an ultimatum from the U.S. Olympic Committee: either say you’re sorry and go … or get ejected from the Olympic Village.

Ejected from the Olympic village? What does that even mean? Is the USOC blind to what even occurs in the Olympic Village? Just last week, MSNBC reported that Olympic officials passed out 100,000 condoms to Village inhabitants. That’s roughly 14 per person.

Considering what’s probably going on behind close doors, this picture is rather tame.
