Steven Seagal tells MMA fighter Lyoto Machida: “I don’t care if you kill him”
When Steven Seagal isn’t starring in blockbuster films like Born to Raise Hell or driving police tanks to bust up a cockfight, he trains MMA fighters. Surprisingly, he’s had a lot of success with Lyoto Machida and Anderson Silva. If you recall, just a few weeks ago, Machida knocked out Randy Couture with a crane kick that he credited Seagal with teaching him. Silva famously drilled Belfort earlier this year with a front kick that didn’t look menacing, but ultimately caught the fighter off-guard.
And now we have yet another in-depth look at Seagal’s coaching style. Watch as he tells Lyoto Machida to “use your mind, I don’t care if you kill him. I don’t care. You f%&k him up. You take him out”. Serious stuff from a very serious man.
