Stuart Scott has trouble pronouncing “function”
A. Isaac There are times in sports broadcasting when you know you’ve reached an ultimate low. Sometimes, those times are painfully obvious. For Howard Cosell it was the “little monkey” comment, for Jim Gray it was his repeated questioning of Pete Rose at the All-Century Team.
And for Stuart Scott, it was the time Matt Millen openly laughed at him for having trouble pronouncing “function”. Because truly, there is no worse feeling in the world than having a man of Matt Millen’s caliber laughing at you in front of millions of people.
