Tennessee defeats Georgia with wild buzzer beater

We’ve certainly seen our fair share of strange buzzer beaters lately. If you recall a few weeks ago, we posted a video of a HS game in which a player tossed a backwards shot from half-court nonchalantly and it somehow went in.

And while this shot from last night is much less impressive, it is no less bizarre.

With Tennessee and Georgia all knotted up at 57, the Vols heaved a desperation three with a few seconds left. The shot airballed straight into the arms of forward Brian Williams who was tangled up with a Georgia player. Miraculously, Williams somehow wrestled the ball away and got off a shot right before the buzzer sounded.

What'd you think of this?
