The Tiger Woods interview with ESPN

If you want to watch Tiger hit enormous softballs out of the park, then please do yourself a favor and watch this ESPN interview with Tom Rinaldi.

When asked about the incident that pretty much started the entire downfall Tiger had this to say…

“It’s a matter of public record” and “It’s between Elin and myself and that’s private”.

Wow! The man hired spin master Ari Fleischer who for years dodged questions about George W. Bush’s incompetency and that was the best they could produce after weeks of brainstorming sessions?

This interview was so rehearsed that there were times where Tiger is answering questions before Rinaldi is even done finishing. If I were ESPN, I would have passed on this interview altogether. Better to do nothing at all, than to have one done on Tiger’s terms.

Get some integrity ESPN. I’m not sure that’s asking too much.
