Tiger Woods alias at the hospital, “William Smith”

Apparently, when the chips were stacked against Tiger and he needed to check in under an assumed name at the hospital for an OD, he went with “William Smith”.

Uh, what? The Fresh Prince?

Sources connected with the hospital tell TMZ the admissions chart lists “OD” and that he was having trouble breathing.

We’re told the fifth floor of the hospital was put on lockdown when Tiger arrived. Tiger was admitted under an alias — William Smith. His wife, Elin Nordegren was by his side.

No word on whether Tiger was getting jiggy with it. Although, from everything I’ve read, it seems he’s been getting jiggy with a lot of people.
