If you weren’t aware of Tiger Wood’s unfaithfulness to his marriage, Jason Kay of Longmont, Colorado wanted to make sure. In one of the weirder stories we’ve seen in awhile, Kay, in what he deemed a “pop art” project, changed the labels of Gatorade bottles to include a picture of Tiger and his wife Elin with the headline “Unfaithful”.
And while that may have been humorous to Kay, the government isn’t as amused.
…the FDA’s Office of Criminal Investigations is looking into possible tampering or adulteration of the product. Even if the drink is uncontaminated, KUSA says, the perpetrator could face a federal tampering charge.
What’s next on Jason Kay’s hit list of pop art projects?
A “Have you seen me” milk carton campaign for Natalee Holloway? A Charlie Sheen PSA for domestic abuse?
Was the joke really worth a couple of months in jail? Oh wait, I’m sorry, you labeled it an “art project”. Big difference, my bad!
