VIDEO: The Tim Tebow skit on ‘SNL’ was just as you expected

A few days ago, word leaked of a Saturday Night Live skit involving Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow. Thankfully, Lorne Michaels and the crew did not disappoint delivering perhaps one of their better sports sketches in recent memory.

For those that don’t watch the show (and I don’t blame you), that’s Jason Sudeikis as Jesus and Taran Killam as Tim Tebow. Just a few weeks ago it was Sudeikis who played Satan in the Penn State SNL sketch. So, safe to say we’re nearing the end of days with Sudeikis as the anti-Christ.

Diabolic wars aside, Jesus telling the team he prays to Matt Prater and that he’s not in everybody’s face about it was the most direct, yet playful slap they could have given Tebow without insulting any God-fearing viewers. Hopefully, the Broncos quarterback is able to turn the other cheek.
