Tom Brady was involved in a car accident sometime this morning according to news reports out of Boston. Thankfully for Patriots nation, he appears to be o.k.

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was in a car accident this morning in Boston’s Back Bay section, but he did not receive medical treatment and is on his way to work.

The driver of the sedan was able to get out and was walking around after the crash. A man was stuck in the back of the passenger van and had to be removed with the Jaws of Life, then transported to an area hospital, MacDonald said. He said the traffic light was hit during the accident and Boston police were investigating

If you’re walking away from a car accident where they had to use the Jaws of Life on another car, consider yourself pretty lucky.

By the way, that collective grunt of relief you heard was from Bill Belichick.
