University of Michigan’s Block “M” vandalized

Somewhat representative of the Michigan football program as a whole, the Block M on the Big House field was trashed.

Someone cut a piece of the block M from the football field in the University of Michigan stadium, police said.

A caller reported a 6-inch by 4-foot piece of the turf was taken sometime between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 11:30 a.m. Monday, according to University of Michigan Police.

As a die hard Spartan, I would like to reiterate that I was at home with my wife when this occurred. Which I’m sure no one believes as bloggers regularly live in their mom’s basement.

And oddly, the main suspect seems to be UM head coach Rich Rodriguez. He’s been defacing the Michigan program for years now. Might as well move on to actual physical destruction of property.
