How’s this for a buzzer beater? Here’s Katie Powell of Pekin High School in Illinois with a three-quarter court heave for the win.

You know what this clip is missing? Gus Johnson. Or that guy from last week who went absolutely bonkers after a full-court shot win for the win. These young ladies deserve just as much attention for their efforts. Shame on you Pekin High for not having an over-exuberant announcer, or for that matter, any announcer at all.
