VIDEO: An amazing new style of skateboarding

I’ve never really seen skateboarding as a sport in the literal sense because it’s more of a freestyle, free-flowing activity that doesn’t keep score like most other sports do. After seeing this video from MPORA, it still may not be a sport in my eyes, but it’s definitely an art. Some of these tricks are absolutely amazing.
I haven’t skated in quite some time, so I’m not sure if the gentleman, Kilian Martin, is just light-years ahead of other skaters or this is just his own unique style. All I know is this has to take an insane amount of talent and skateboarding is now back on my radar. There was far more artistry and imagination in that few minutes of footage than I’ve seen on most television channels in a long time. This really has changed the way I’ll look at skateboarding for the foreseeable future.
