VIDEO: Australia and New Zealand brawl during Oceania championship
A. Isaac Two second half fights broke out during the first game of the FIBA Oceania Championship between the Australian Boomers and New Zealand Tall Blacks.
Here’s video of the altercations.
Australia was able to win despite the shenanigans, 91-78. Surprisingly, the only player ejected in the entire ordeal was New Zealand’s Mark Dickel, who instigated the first brawl by throwing two wild punches (:30 mark).
