VIDEO: Concordia Women’s team with the buzzer beater of the year

With 0.7 seconds left on the clock in a basketball game, you simply don’t have a lot of options. Time and time again, we’ve seen men’s teams try the ‘ol curl and alley-oop to no avail.

Thankfully, Danielle Clauson of Concordia is a lot more creative than her male counterparts. Using a defender’s back to get the ball in play, Clauson regained possession and hit a baseline jumper to win the Cascade Conference Tournament championship game over the College of Idaho.

The game may have been on Feb 28th, but for all intents and purposes it’s a hell of a way to start March Madness.

What'd you think of this?
