VIDEO: Fan hilariously falls on bullpen after trying to catch home run

The Detroit Tigers may not know their postseason opponent yet, but the way they’re playing, it may not matter. In the month of September, they’re 19-6 and have outscored their opponents 168-100. Impressive stuff.

What’s not impressive, however, was this Tigers fan who decided to go all-out trying to catch a Miguel Cabrera home run last night.

Lost in green coat man’s tomfoolery was this exchange between Fox Sports commentators Mario Impemba and Rod Allen prior to the home run.

Allen: “What in the world is he throwing now?” (referring to Chad Durbin)
Impemba: “Something that’s hit high and far” (as Cabrera’s home run sails to LF)

Well played fellas, well played.
