VIDEO: Fan runs on field and somehow eludes security

The Long Island Ducks (an Atlantic League team) may need to take a closer look at their in-game security. Watch as this drunk fan runs on the field, slides headfirst into second and somehow makes his way clear out of the stadium before security finally realizes what’s going on.

Sure, this wasn’t as impressive as “The Great Fan Escape” that took place at an Astros game this year, but nevertheless, it takes some serious balls to pull off a headfirst slide and somehow come away unscathed. I bow to your drunken stupidity sir.

In a completely separate issue, there appears to be more people at this craptastic affair than at that Marlins-Reds game on Wednesday. Well done Long Island Ducks. You’ve outdrawn a franchise that sports two World Series championships in the last fifteen years.
