VIDEO: Fight night at HS basketball game

We’ve heard of off-court basketball fights between parents of players but this one, well, let’s just say it’s quite a bit different. In a Friday night game between East Mecklenburg and Butler, two schools located in North Carolina, a dad got into a fight with a school resource officer.

NewsChannel 36 has been told the argument started when the resource officer asked the man’s daughter to move from the East Meck side of the gym back to the Butler side.
It’s a common practice that students from different schools sit separately at high school games.
The father got angry and then got into an argument with the Student Resource Officer.

What really makes the video interesting is when the mother and the daughter get involved and start throwing some serious haymakers at school officials. Apparently, it’s a family affair down in Charlotte!
