Fortunately for Meg Miller, she was smart enough not to bid too much. I’m guessing she knew going in that her knowledge of the Super Bowl was limited to, “Oh, that’s why the library is empty today”.
Is that harsh? Perhaps. Then again, I don’t go around calling J.D. Salinger’s famous book, “Catch-22 in the Rye”.
