We’re almost at the end of the summer folks. Hang on for a few more weeks and we’ll have more acceptable programming. In the meantime here’s what you need to watch tonight.

Boss @ 9pm Starz: Season 2 premiere of perhaps the best show on Starz.

The Tonight Show with Jay Leno @ 11:30pm, NBC: Allyson Felix did something no other female had done since Flo-Jo–win three gold medals in the same Olympic games.

Tennis @ 7pm, ESPN2: Tennis on a Friday night? Sure, why not.

Teachers Rock @ 8pm, ABC: Teachers are headed back to school so let’s honor them with a concert. Um, ok.

Gold Rush @ 9pm, Discovery: Those stupid a-holes are going to look for gold…in the jungle.
