In some rather unexciting news, Fred Couples said he’ll play a Masters practice round with Tiger Woods

Couples said he’ll avoid asking Woods about his personal life.

“This is not going to be questions and answers,” said Couples, playing in the Houston Open this week. “It’s going to be strictly golf. I play a lot with him at Augusta, so this is not unusual.”

Couples said he would be playing in a foursome with Woods, though he did not know who the other two golfers would be. Couples said he’s curious to see how fans will react to seeing Woods on the course again.

Way to suck all the life out of the Tiger drama Fred. What we really needed as fans was a catchy name pairing…I mean, why couldn’t we have a Tiger and Zach Johnson pairing so at the very least I could make hilarious headlines like….

Woods, Johnson get much needed practice after long layoff
or
Woods gives Johnson some tips

Are you sick of the toilet humor yet? Given Tiger’s propensity for golden showers, I can bet he’s not.
