Remember the aforementioned new gold standard for stupidity on the Kinect? Turns out, NBA Baller Beats is actually not half bad.

Guess you could say that myself (and plenty others) jumped the gun, ready for just another chance to point and laugh at how lame the latest Kinect game is. The idea was stupid, but the final product actually makes it kind of cool.

If I had any ounce of basketball ability (and I personally don’t believe that this game is more than okay for beginners, as promised), I’d be all over this. And it’s for the best I don’t, for the benefit of my downstairs neighbors.

At the very least, it’s nice that you’re not flailing your arms around like a total idiot, like every other Kinect title.
