‘Call of Duty’ comedy starring ‘Arrested Development’ actors is awful

Despite being a huge fan of Arrested Development, specifically Jason Bateman and especially Will Arnett, their latest project, a comedy that taps into Call of Duty, looked pretty awful at first glance. A full episode is finally here, so we can finally confirm that it is indeed crap.

On the plus side, it’s well animated; I’ve never seen such life-like neck jerking in machinima before. Otherwise… who is this for exactly? I have lots of Arrested Development loving pals who could give a rat’s ass about Call of Duty, and this certainly isn’t going to change matters.

And I’m confident that your average CoD fanboy will not find any of the above the least bit interesting. Can you blame them? Here’s hoping that all the actual laughs are being saved for Arrested Development‘s upcoming 4th season/the movie.
