Calvin Johnson is your new ‘Madden’ cover boy
Matt Hawkins A little while ago, EA revealed that Calvin “Megatron” Johnson would grace the cover to Madden 2012. So here we have our first look.

The thing is this: I know virtually nothing about sports. I’m the video game guy after-all. But I do know that being on the cover of the game that all football enthusiasts look forward to buying year after year is a very big deal.
Oh, and I also know about the “Madden curse.” And according to this, there’s a good chance that Johnson might find himself either sidelined very early on in the next season, or just flat out sucking.
Also, to further illustrate how clueless I am about football, I’m confused why that Tebow guy didn’t make it the box. Wasn’t he really good, or were just folks really into his praying shtick last year?
