Flock app lets you collect and share photos from your night out
If you have an awesome night out, or hit up a concert, or even just have a good night at home with friends, you might want to collect photos to remember the moment. This process is an incredible pain in the ass. Flock aims to take the aggravation out of it.
Here’s the required app trailer:
Essentially, you install the app and connect it to Facebook. Then you basically set it and forget it. The app automatically detects other phones running the app, and if you’re Facebook friends with them, after you take a photo, it prompts you with a push notification, letting you decide if you want to ship out the photos to your friends.
The one downside to this is that you’ll not only need the Flock app, your friends on Facebook will need it too. Also the Facebook ties are potentially a little troubling for people who may not want FB to know their location. But if you’re not concerned about that, this looks like a great way to reduce aggravation and get all your event photos in one place.
