InaTrap gets rid of mosquitoes stylishly
It’s summer, you’ve got the windows open or a deck to sit on, and inevitably, blood-sucking insects ruin your day. Return the favor with InaTrap, a mosquito killer that’s stylish, unobtrusive…and effective.
Here’s the promotional video:
The InaTrap actually uses the mosquito’s sense against it. First of all, it slowly releases carbon dioxide, to simulate a human’s breath. Secondly, it fires off occasional flashes of UV light. Both of these are major skeeter bait.
Once they fly up under the hood, a small noiseless fan slams them straight into the base, where they can’t get out and annoy you. Once the base is full of the corpses of these annoying buggers, just dump it out, reattach it, and keep killing them.
Equally nice is the design. The InaTrap is deliberately shaped to look like a sculpture, so that it blends into the background and does its job without drawing attention to itself. Granted you’ll have to explain what it’s doing on your deck, but that’s a small price to pay.
The only downside is so far it only comes in a girly purple and a baby blue, but that humiliation plus $85 means you never have to deal with a mosquito bite again. And you can always say your mom bought it for you.
