Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook account hacked
Do you enjoy irony? And ironic justice? And seeing someone get their commupins’? Then you’ll love the news that Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook account (reportedly) got hacked.
Note above that “Zuck” (that’s what I call him) went on some weird rant about Facebook going to big, evil, corporate banks instead of getting loans from smaller companies.
So how do we know this was Zuck? Well, first of all, he probably wouldn’t bash Facebook policy on his own account. That would be dumb (and if he WERE ripping Facebook policy, surely he’d take some time to talk about how stupid the “Sponsored Stories” are).
Secondly, he spelled “Prize” wrong. OR WAS IT RIGHT? You know, in like a meaningful kind of way. Or something.
And finally, it’s hashtagged with #hackercup2011, which kind of seems like it might be the work of a hacker. Or Mark Zuckerberg pretending to be a hacker.
Jokes aside, though, if the guy who’s in charge of Facebook can’t maintain his own privacy and personal information safety, is there really any hope that the “What Flavor Starburst Am I?” quiz isn’t going to doom your credit card information into the hands of trolls? Probably not.
